This product is in three different compressive ranges of 6 atmospheres, 10 and 16 atmospheres and in sizes ranging from 63 mm to 315 mm. This product has a light weight and is cheaper than cast iron bend.

Product disadvantages

At low pressures, the product uses 6 atmospheres. And at pressures above 6 atmospheres, the product of 10 and 16 atmospheres is used. This product is made of polyethylene which is an oil derivative. In cases where we intend to transfer oil solutions, they are not used.  Also, because polyethylene is sensitive to high heat.  And it melts at high temperatures, this product cannot be used to transfer hot liquids.  Hot liquids can be called power plant coolers. The water is heated to such an extent by cooling the power plant and absorbing the heat of the power plant.  That causes the melting of polyethylene fittings. Also, this product is not used in areas that are under direct external force pressure because it bends the product.

This product does not require other fittings such as flanges, rims and bolts due to welding to the pipe, which makes the cost of a project cheaper and therefore has a lot of acceptability over cast iron connections.

It is easier to transport this product and also to install it because of its lightness than cast iron fittings, which is one of the advantages of polyethylene fittings.
