Multistage – High pressure centrifugal pump WKL 100

High pressure centrifugal pump wkl 100 has a suction chamber and thrust chamber and a number of stage chambers. The stage are connected to each other by stage screws.

Inside each chamber there is a diffuser (guide blades). The base of the bearing is closed to the thrust chamber with a flange and two-headed screws. Each chamber is sealed with paper washers or O-rings.
The pump bases are integrally cast with the body of the suction chamber and the thrust chamber, which are placed at the two ends of the pump.

The axle is protected against the flow of corrosive liquids by distance bushings and bushings on the axis. All propellers are placed on the axis in one direction and are connected to the axis by thorns. The distance bushings and the bushings on the axis are also connected to the axis by a flat bar.

We recommend that these pumps be used for pumping clean fluids that do not have abrasive materials and solid particles, and fluids that do not cause chemical or mechanical corrosion in pump parts.
