All flanged crosses  fitting is used for changing direction, branching or joining together a piping system. There are many different types of fittings and they are produced in the same sizes, schedules (wall) and materials as the pipe. The common types of fitting configurations fit into three general groups; Butt-weld, threaded (Screwed) and socket-weld.

All flanged crosses have ductile Iron material  ond that size is DN 80~600 FOR DUCTILE IRON PIPE

zinc rich paint with a bituminous paint or liquid epoxy finishing layer

there is chance of the color blue or red, black depending on whether it will be used for water or sewage . Film thinckness of 250 micron can be specified as per EN 14901 . A higher film thinckness (above 250 micron) can also be applied if required by the customer .

Cement mortar lining

By agreement between manufacturer and purchaser , any one of the following linings may be applied depending on the type of liquid transported .

a)Blast furnace slag cement mortar

b)Sulphate resistant cement mortar

c)high alumina cement mortar , fittings with bituminous or epoxy seal coat over cement mortar are also available if required by custome
