Polyethylene equal bend type of connection is mostly used in small and light projects that use small size pipelines. Although welding fittings model is more cost effective than screw model, but its use in small projects costs such as transportation cost of polyethylene welding machine, hiring specialized workforce to work with polyethylene welding machine and … and therefore in small projects it is preferable to use screw connection type.

In addition, it is not possible to use these types of fittings because of the shape of tying them to polyethylene pipes in large sizes.

Different pipes are used in fluid piping and transport projects. Before using a material called polyethylene, most of the pipes were metal or butane.  Carrying these pipes was very hard and also a lot of problems for wear, rust and … they created.

For this reason, over time, a chemical called polyethylene was produced to produce special pipes and fittings using it.

The ability to use multiples and the possibility of transferring them to another project is one of the advantages of polyethylene screw fittings.

Another advantage of this installation is its simple installation and does not require a welding machine. However, due to the simplicity of installation, the price of the end cap of polyethylene is more expensive than the welded tee. This product is not made for larger sizes
