Cast Iron Flanged Three-Way Tee

Cast iron fittings are commonly used for water and wastewater transmission as well as for connecting cast iron pipes, cast iron flanged three-way tees,
cast iron valves and other fittings to one another.
Flanged cast iron fittings are available in sizes from 50 mm to 400 mm and are produced with working pressures of 10 and 16 bar.
Cast iron fittings contain in their structure cast iron alloys composed of 95% iron, carbon and silicon. For this reason, these fittings are highly resistant to wear, impacts and oxidation, and can also withstand corrosive conditions well.
The material of this product is cast iron, and it is produced in two pressure ranges, 10 atm and 16 atm, and can be used for all liquids, especially in petrochemical plants and power plants, and it easily withstands all high temperatures. This product is flanged and is installed in the network by means of bolts and nuts.

Disadvantages

Due to its cast iron material, this product is heavy and difficult to transport in the workshop.
Cast iron fittings are produced in various sizes from 50 mm to 400 mm and above; these fittings increase the costs of transmission projects.
Cast iron fittings break easily under sudden impacts. Care must be taken during transportation.
