WKL High-Pressure Pump Catalog The centrifugal pump catalog is provided by the manufacturer and includes pump specifications such as pump dimensions, materials of construction, performance curves and tables, and other pump details. The WKL high-pressure pump consists of a suction chamber, a discharge chamber, and a number of stage chambers. The stages are connected to one another by stage clamping bolts. Inside each chamber there is a diffuser (guide vanes). The bearing bracket is fastened to the discharge chamber by a flange and a double-ended stud bolt. Each chamber is sealed against the adjacent chamber by a paper gasket or an O-ring. The pump feet are cast integrally with the suction chamber and discharge chamber bodies and are located at both ends of the pump. The shaft is protected against the flow of corrosive fluids by spacer bushings and shaft bushings. All impellers are mounted on the shaft in the same direction and are connected to the shaft by keys. The spacer bushings and shaft bushings are also connected to the shaft by flat keys. We recommend using these pumps for pumping clean fluids that contain no abrasive materials or solid particles, and fluids that do not cause chemical or mechanical corrosion to the pump components.
